It allows users to make transfers to be distributed at all Wafacash agency branches and partners, from Europe to Morocco, to Francophone West Sub-Saharan Africa (UEMOA region), and Central Africa (CEMAC region) where its subsidiaries are located.
Sending Money from Morocco to Abroad (Family Support)
In the context of Family Assistance, Wafacash allows money transfers from Morocco to abroad up to a limit of 10,000 MAD per year.
The beneficiary can collect their money from any RIA, Western Union, or Moneygram agency worldwide.
The sender can also transfer money from Morocco to the beneficiary's bank account through Moneygram or Western Union.

The maximum amount you can receive is 80,000 DH (a little over 7,300 euros). Your family will need to check with the Western Union agency in France for the maximum amount they can send

No cancellation of transfer by the beneficiary is possible.
Can I retrieve my money transfer from abroad without presenting my ID?
To collect your transfer, you must present your ID card or passport. However, if you are a foreigner, you can present a valid identity card such as your residence permit or passport.
